Brian S. Stolar concentrates his practice in the fields of municipaI law, land use regulation, zoning and real property and commercial litigation representing both private clients and local governments. He serves presently as the Village Attomey and Deputy Prosecutor for the Village of Sea Cliff. Mr. Stolar also has represented numerous municipalities, and has served as counsel to planning and zoning boards and as a prosecutor for various villages. Additionally, Mr. Stolar has testified as an expert witness in the land use field, lectured on many land use and municipal topics, and has appeared on national television addressing land use issues.
