The practice of Paul J. Mr. Bloom was elected in the Village of Great Neck to serve as a Village Justice for eight (8) years, Village Trustee for four (4) years, Chairman of the Architectural Review Committee for one (1) year and a member and Chairman of the Planning Board for eight (8) years. Mr. Bloom served as a special hearing officer in the Village of Kings Point and as Special Counsel to the Zoning Board of the Village of Roslyn Estates.
