Mr. Harras also serves as a New York State Supreme Court referee in cases involving easement and boundary disputes. In addition to being admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New York, Mr. Harras is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, as well as other federal courts throughout the country. The practice of Paul J. Bloom, a founding partner, includes real estate-related transactions and associated business and corporate matters, land use and zoning, municipal bond financing, as well as co-op and condominium law. Mr. Bloom was elected in the Village of Great Neck to serve as a Village Justice for eight (8) years, Village Trustee for four (4) years, Chairman of the Architectural Review Committee for one (1) year and a member and Chairman of the planning Board for eight (8) years. Mr. Bloom served as a special hearing officer in the Village of Kings Point and as Special Counsel to the Zoning Board of the Village of Roslyn Estates. Partner Keith H. Mr. Archer is an active member of his synagogue, South Huntington Jewish Center, where he served as its President from 2003-2005 and has been a long time member of its Board of Trustees.
