Swiss Air - North American Headquarters

Located in Melville, the Swiss Air building became an instant landmark when constructed. This beautiful building was designed by architect Richard Meyer. The project required a variety of zoning approvals. HB&A also represented Swiss Air in negotiating a financing program with the Suffolk County Industrial Development Agency, as well as an agreement allowing Swiss Air to connect to Suffolk County's Southwest Sewer District.
