Environmental Review

At Harras Bloom & Archer, we assist commercial, industrial and residential real estate developers to navigate the complexities of the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) process.

Most projects are subject to environmental reviews under SEQRA. The review involves the assessment of the project’s potential impact on roads, wetlands, community character, archeological considerations, as well as impacts on endangered species, local school districts and other environmental issues.

Harras, Bloom & Archer has substantial experience guiding clients through the SEQRA process, and maintains relationships with consultants, such as traffic and civil engineers, archeologists and others, who can quickly and expertly compile the data and studies necessary to complete the SEQRA process and obtain the required approvals for development projects.
